Little Poland's pierogi specialist, open since 2019, where an all-women team of experienced pierogi makers turns out the dumplings by hand. The room nods to Polish folk art of the 1960s and '70s, with Bolesławiec pottery and ceramics set against exposed brick and white marble. The MICHELIN Guide lists it.

Start with the classic ruskie, potato and cheese, browned in butter and onions, then sauerkraut and mushroom and a meat pierogi for the table. Red borscht, croquettes and gołąbki, stuffed cabbage, fill out a proper Polish meal.

Editor’s tip

Get a mixed plate so everyone tries the ruskie, and add a bowl of red borscht.
