On Saturday nights in season, a parking lot behind the New York Hall of Science in Flushing Meadows Corona Park fills with more than 100 independent vendors cooking food from around the world, along with merchandise, art and small cultural performances. The Queens Night Market calls itself New York's first night market and its most affordable, and it is built to celebrate the borough's mix: you can eat your way across several continents in a single loop.
The 2026 season, the market's eleventh, runs on Saturdays from April 18 to August 22 and from September 19 to October 31, so there are only two nights left this year, October 24 and 31. Come early, before the lines get long, with a friend to split plates. Walk the whole market once before you buy anything. Take the 7 train to 111th Street and walk four blocks south; parking at the adjacent lot is limited and paid. The vendor list for each night is posted on the market's site.
