THE GRAND CONCOURSE, BRONX
A Classic Tour of Yankee Stadium
Monument Park, the Yankees Museum and baseball's most decorated franchise on an hour-long guided tour.

For a city that measures itself partly in pinstripes, Yankee Stadium is a pilgrimage site, and the guided Classic Tour is the way in without a game ticket. In about an hour, guides take you through the New York Yankees Museum, with artifacts from the franchise's legends, and out to Monument Park, the open-air enclosure of plaques, monuments and retired numbers honoring its greatest players. The Yankees count 27 World Series titles, and the tour is built to make even casual fans feel the weight of that history.
Buy tickets ahead online: tours are first come, first served, all sales are final, and they run rain, snow or shine. Classic Tour guests enter through the Hard Rock Cafe beside Gate 6, at 161st Street and River Avenue, and should arrive 15 minutes early. Dugout and warning-track access is never guaranteed, and field layouts change with stadium events. Photos are fine but video isn't. Skip the lunch combo and eat in the neighborhood instead. Take the B, D or 4 train to 161st Street-Yankee Stadium. Tours are wheelchair-accessible.
