Daniel Boulud opened Brasserie Boulud in October 2026 at 1900 Broadway, across from Lincoln Center, in the space that housed his Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud. It is a classic French brasserie in a room designed by David Rockwell, with a café, Épicerie Boulud, and a cocktail lounge, Bar Viv, under the same roof.

The menu runs from seafood towers and French onion soup to steak frites, boudin blanc, a lobster soufflé and the DB Burger, which makes it an easy dinner before or after a performance.

Editor’s tip

Book a pre-theater table and order the French onion soup and steak frites, or stop into Épicerie Boulud for a morning pastry.
